Artifact AI Summit / Speakers / Amy Cosper
Featured Voice
Editor in Chief of SUCCESS Magazine. Two decades covering entrepreneurs, technology, and the people who build companies in the middle of change.
Amy Cosper has spent most of her career in the company of people who are building something, which gives her a particular kind of vantage point on technological change: she has watched a lot of founders decide, in real time and without enough information, what to do about it.
She is Editor in Chief of SUCCESS Magazine, a role she took in 2026 after two years leading content at Bizee. Before that she spent more than eight years at Entrepreneur, where she served as Editor in Chief and Vice President of Entrepreneur Media, running editorial strategy across the print and digital properties, including Entrepreneur.com and WomenEntrepreneur.com. She has also led the repositioning and redesign of Family Business Magazine, and earlier served as publisher and editor in chief of Satellite Broadband at WiesnerMedia, with managing editorial roles at Intertec Publishing and Argus Integrated Media along the way.
Her reporting portfolio is broader than the American business press usually runs. She covered broadband, broadcasting, and satellite communications across Israel, Norway, Brazil, Luxembourg, France, and the United Kingdom, which is a useful set of experiences for anyone trying to write about a technology that is arriving everywhere at once and landing differently in each place. She holds undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Colorado.
Much of the public conversation about AI happens between people who build the technology and people who theorize about it, which leaves out the founder deciding whether to restructure a team, the operator trying to work out what a tool is actually worth, and the leader who has to explain a decision to people whose jobs depend on it. Amy has spent her career listening to that third group.
What does all of this actually mean for the people building companies, leading teams, and making decisions in the real world?
Amy brings an editorial lens to the Summit that keeps the conversation honest, which is to say grounded in what leaders are genuinely facing rather than in what the technology might theoretically permit. Her session will be announced with the full program.
