Artifact LLC (“Artifact,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you:
This Privacy Policy applies to Artifact’s handling of personal information. Separate terms may govern particular services, purchases, programs, or events. For example, registration for and attendance at Artifact Summit are also governed by the Artifact Summit Terms of Service.
This Policy does not apply to a third-party website, platform, or service that links to its own privacy notice.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information.
This may include your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, employer, job title, professional interests, and other business or contact details.
We may collect information you provide through contact forms, consultations, proposals, contracts, project communications, surveys, support requests, or other interactions with Artifact. This may include information about your organization, objectives, needs, preferences, and the services or opportunities that interest you.
If you purchase services, registrations, sponsorships, or other offerings, we may receive information about the transaction, such as the item purchased, amount, date, billing details, and payment status. Payment card information may be collected and processed directly by our payment provider rather than stored by Artifact.
If you register for or participate in an Artifact program or event, we may collect registration, attendance, accessibility, dietary, transaction, participation, survey, and communication information. Programs and events may also be photographed, livestreamed, or recorded. Additional notices or terms may apply to a particular program or event.
When you use the Sites, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, access times, approximate location derived from your IP address, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.
We may receive information from referrals, business partners, event partners, social networks, public sources, registration providers, and other third parties, subject to their privacy practices and your settings.
Please do not submit government identification numbers, financial account credentials, health records, or similarly sensitive information through ordinary website forms unless we specifically request it and explain why it is needed.

We may aggregate or de-identify information and use it for any lawful purpose. We will not attempt to re-identify information that we maintain as de-identified except as permitted by law.
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Sites, remember preferences, understand website traffic and performance, and support communications or advertising.
Our website is built on WordPress and uses Cloudflare for security and performance. We also use Google measurement technology, implemented through Google Site Kit and the Google tag, to understand how visitors interact with the Sites. These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, pages visited, and website interactions.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie-preference tool. Blocking certain technologies may affect Site functionality. We will recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
We use Fluent Forms to process information submitted through our contact forms, including your name, email address, subject, inquiry category, and message. We may use other form, customer relationship management, scheduling, email, or communications providers, including GoHighLevel, as our systems evolve. For Artifact Summit registration and ticketing, we use Ticket Tailor. Ticket Tailor processes registration and ticketing information on Artifact’s behalf, and payments are processed through Stripe. Artifact does not store payment card information.
The Sites contain links to third-party services such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Zoom. These services may collect information when you visit their websites or use their services. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
Artifact programs and events may be photographed, livestreamed, or recorded. We may use resulting images and recordings to document, report on, and promote Artifact and its programs. Additional notices or terms may apply to a particular event. If you have concerns about appearing in program or event imagery, please contact Artifact or speak with event staff.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional, service-related, or administrative messages.
You may use the controls described in Section 3.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; or appeal our decision. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email privacy@weareartifact.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may request proof of authorization and identity verification. We will respond as required by applicable law.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, manage business relationships, administer programs, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, our relationship with you, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup and legal-retention requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Separate eligibility, consent, supervision, or release requirements may apply when minors participate in a particular Artifact program or event.
The Sites may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Ticket Tailor for Artifact Summit registration and ticketing and Stripe for payment processing, as well as scheduling, mapping, video, social media, or communications services. Those third parties control their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their notices.
Artifact is based in the United States. If you access the Sites or provide information from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
