Artificial intelligence is changing how we work, learn, create, and make decisions. Artifact AI Summit brings together the people shaping that future to explore how AI can expand human potential, strengthen communities, and improve the way we live.
Why We Gather
AI is becoming more capable every day. Our responsibility is to become more intentional about what we ask it to do, whom it serves, and how its benefits are shared.
The most important decisions about AI remain human decisions. People define the goals. People understand the context. People recognize what matters, exercise judgment, and accept responsibility for the outcome.
Artifact AI Summit is a place to examine those decisions together. We will explore how AI can help people do more meaningful work, solve harder problems, unlock new forms of creativity, and build systems that respect human dignity.
Featured Voices
Technologists won’t settle the future of AI on their own. This lineup includes an animal scientist whose designs changed how American cattle are handled and a magazine editor who has covered founders for two decades. There’s a former Speaker Pro Tempore of the Florida House, and two lawyers working out who answers when an AI agent gets it wrong.
Featuring
Dr. Temple Grandin has transformed the way people understand animal behavior, visual thinking, neurodiversity, and humane system design. Her life and work demonstrate the value of different minds and the breakthroughs that become possible when we learn to see the world from another perspective.
At Artifact AI Summit, she will help open a larger conversation about intelligence, perception, empathy, and the human responsibility to design systems that improve lives.

Get Updates →An Extraordinary Setting
Artifact AI Summit takes place at Santa Fe River Ranch in Alachua, Florida, a 1,500-acre working cattle ranch about twenty minutes north of Gainesville.
This is the Summit’s second year. The first, on February 13, 2026, brought 17 panelists to the Santa Fe Blount Center.
For year two we picked the ranch on purpose. Conversations about AI tend to happen in hotel ballrooms, and they tend to sound like it. The ranch has four event spaces and enough open ground that people actually step away from their screens instead of just being told to.
Most of the year it hosts weddings and celebrations. On February 12 it hosts a room full of people trying to work out what AI means for the jobs they actually do.

Why Artifact AI Summit
Plenty of organizations feel pushed to adopt AI before anyone has worked out what it’s for or who it will affect. The Summit gives you a day to think that through with people who are already doing the work.
Examine AI through the lenses of human behavior, ethics, creativity, education, science, leadership, and lived experience.
Meet thoughtful people from different fields in an environment designed for genuine conversation rather than rushed networking.
Return to your work with clearer principles, better questions, and practical ideas for using AI in ways that serve people.
The Conversation
Sessions skip the product demos and look at what AI is doing to work, school, and daily life. The full agenda is coming soon.
What makes human thought, experience, imagination, and judgment uniquely valuable?
How can AI improve productivity while preserving agency, meaning, and opportunity?
How can diverse ways of thinking lead to better technology and better decisions?
What should people learn when information and assistance are always available?
How should leaders balance innovation, accountability, safety, and public trust?
How can technology support stronger relationships, healthier communities, and a better quality of life?

Join business and nonprofit leaders, educators, technologists, researchers, policymakers, students, and anyone who wants a say in what comes next.
